We go to great lengths to keep our patients relaxed and pain free, offering many levels of sedation. Post extraction you can expect rapid healing through atraumatic techniques. Using techniques developed in Europe we are able to preserve remaining healthy teeth and surrounding bone structure. Bone grafting with synthetic bone substitute allowing you to keep precious bone surroundings for future implants or esthetics. Immediate implant placement can be done when possible.
